Meet the Macmillan Solutions team
Macmillan Solutions offers emotional and practical support to people affected by cancer in their own homes or local community venues. Macmillan Solutions aim to give beneficiaries more independence, choice and control in their lives, by providing them with a range of support depending on their needs.
Macmillan Solutions is available to anyone affected by cancer, whether you have just been diagnosed, are undergoing treatment or are in remission.
Our volunteers support cancer patients, their families, carers and friends.
If you have a need related to cancer talk to us about how we could help you.
Referring to Macmillan Solutions is easy. Just pick up the phone and talk to us or send us an email. We accept self referrals as well as referrals from health and social care organisations.

Please note referrals sent by email from an NHS.net or tgh.nhs.uk which are un-encrypted to a .gov.uk email account are not considered secure. To send a secure email use the trust guidance on encrypting and sending emails with secure passwords. If you do not have access to the secure encryption service or are just unsure what to do, you can send your referral to the Macmillan Information and support team who will send your referral securely to Derbyshire`s Macmillan welfare rights officer on your behalf
