Your right to data protection & confidentiality is important to us
Depending on the level of information & support you need we may have to record your information, on paper files & computer systems. We will only record your information where we have your permission
Where we need to pass on your information to other organisations who can provide further help & support support, we will discuss this with you first.
All information regarding how people use and access The Macmillan Information and Support service is confidential and will only be shared with those agencies and organisations which may be of support to you.
Alongside your written notes we also keep a record of your details on our database.
